Every island has plenty of hikes but there are two that we would recommend. The challenging Copolia Trail on Mahé Island ends at a cliff top which offers a spectacular view of the turquoise blue waters of the Seychelles and the surrounding islands. It is a home to the unusual Coco De Mer, Vallee de Mai and offers a 3-hour hike through a plantation.
Seychelles is one of the world’s few countries where you can see and even touch giant tortoises. Make sure you put L’Union Estate on your Seychelles honeymoon itinerary. Here you can visit old plantation houses, and spend time with lazy tortoises.
Relaxing on a quiet beach
There are even more calming and rejuvenating activities than spending time on a beach. There are plenty of beautiful beaches to sell at Seychelles. Among our favorites are Anse Source D’argent and Corte d’Or for Honeymoon. But the best part is that in Seychelles, it is easy to get an entire stretch of beach to yourself.

Mahé celebrates the Kréol Festival from 23-29 October, bringing together all the communities on the island to celebrate their special “Creoleness” Billed as “the largest and most important event in the cultural calendar of the Seychelles.
The Seychelles Ocean Festival is dedicated in November to highlight the oceans and the blue economy of the country, wildlife, fishing, sailing, and more through film screenings, exhibits, gala dinners, and sporting events.
Champagne while watching dolphins on a cruise
